COMPANY OPERATION
DEBT COLLECTION STRATEGIES
We are very cautious of our staffs approach and attitude towards debtors. Our management will monitor closely on this to ensure the consistency of quality of the service standard.
Our approach is more to consult the debtors on how to settle their debts and will do our level best to solve their problems. Most of our tactics are using psychological method to ensure customers are willing to pay their debts.
PRE-COLLECTION PROCESS

- Issuing Letter of Appointment and transferring files from client.
- Action will be taken within 24hours after files received.
RECOVERY PROCEDURE
PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS
Upon receiving files from client, our admin will perform data massaging to match the information given before uploading the data into our system. Once uploaded, Product Manager will assign the cases based on collector strength and capacity. This will enable us to understand and evaluate the payment capability of each debtor. At this stage, it will assist our collectors to apply suitable collection methods.
MONITORING ACCOUNTS
Upon receiving the files, collector will perform the collection activities starting with voice calls.
Collector will start negotiate directly with customer if the file is contactable. If the file is not contactable, collector will request for Field Visitation for the covered area. If customer does not answering calls and avoiding after the negotiation, collectorcan send reminder through SMS from system. We strictly not allow collector using personal phone during working hours.
STATUS REPORT
Our Product Manager will provide a status report on the accounts upon clients request. Some clients request by monthly and some by weekly basis. The report format will follow our standard in house reporting unless otherwise instructed by our clients. However, client may request the report at any time since our collection activities and information are system ready.
